Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

PepperSpray.com uses the most current version of UPS & FedEx On-Line Tools to calculate its shipping cost. Costs are based on the weight of the order and shipping zone. These rates are displayed on the order submission screen in our on-line shopping section.


Shipping Methods:

PepperSpray.com on-line orders and 1-800-908-9988 telephone orders are shipped to you via UPS ground


Standard Shipping times:

Orders generally take 5-10 business days for delivery (UPS Ground/FedExGround from Los Angeles).

 

US Mail:

Current Law prohibits shipping Pepper Spray by US Postal Service to Post Office Boxes or Street Addresses.

 

P.O. Boxes:

All orders are shipped by UPS Ground / FedEx Ground. UPS/FedEx Do not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Back Orders:

We work hard to make sure that all products on PepperSpray.com are in stock. However, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock and on back order. When this happens we will notify you and let you decide if you would like the order to ship without the back ordered item or wait until all items ordered are in stock to ship together.


International Shipping:

We can only ship to U.S. Addresses at this time.

  Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more, your order ships FREE!
How do I return an item?
 
Our return policy for all of our self defense products is simple. If an item arrives that is not what you expected, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping fees.** No restocking fee, no hassle. The item must be returned within 30 days in the condition it was received and in its original, unopened packaging. If you like, you can tell us why the self defense or home safety products didn't work for you so we can implement corrective action if needed.

**NOTE: TASERŪDevice Products Cannot be returned if TASERŪ  device packaging has been opened and/or activated.
                No Refunds or Returns on TASERŪ International, Inc Background check/Activation.
                 
To return an item:
Please contact customer service for more information on returning any self defense or home safety products.

2. Call 626-355-8589 to receive a Return Authorization Number for the return. This will insure prompt credit to your account.

We're sorry, but we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.

All returns must be freight prepaid.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS.

AFTER 30 DAYS ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS TO BE HANDLED BY MANUFACTURER.
